Shou is the newest application with the ability to record the screen of your Android, it works the same as the SCR, but is lighter and simpler to configure to get a good recording.

As you can see he has 6 options for resolution and especially the option to choose the format in which the video will be saved. I chose to use this app because the SCR did not work on my Xperia U, I tested several versions and even now do not know what reason.
